Delivery Options

Parcel Shop Delivery

  • Availability: You can select parcel shop delivery if offered by the carrier in their pre-delivery information. If you are not home, the carrier may leave your parcel at a parcel shop, although this is not guaranteed in advance.

Express Delivery

  • Options: The fastest delivery time available is displayed on our product pages, allowing you to review this information before placing your order.

Delivery Costs

  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery to your home address on all items ordered from us, made possible by our efficient collaboration with our warehouse and carriers.

Scheduling Deliveries

Carrier Scheduling:

  • Delivery is scheduled by the carrier. Some carriers may allow you to select a preferred delivery time through their pre-delivery notifications.

Carrier Information

Multiple Carriers:

  • We partner with various carriers for our shipments. The carrier assigned to your order depends on:
    • Type of product
    • Volume of the product
    • Destination

Possible Carrier:

  • Your package may be delivered by UPS.

Shipping to Remote Areas

Delivery Limitations:

  • We do ship to islands and remote areas, but some locations are excluded, including:

    • Puerto Rico
    • Virgin Islands
    • San Juan Municipio
    • Military Posts (APO/FPO)
    • Hawaii
    • Guam
    • Palau
    • Federated States of Micronesia
    • Marshall Islands
    • Alaska
  • PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO Boxes.


Delivery Issues

Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service at support@kabulgoods.com or call us at (469) 688-9137. Providing detailed photos of the damage will expedite the resolution process.

Missing Parts:

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. Check the number of packages by logging into My Account > Orders. If parts are missing after all packages have been delivered, contact our customer service for assistance.

Delivery Notification

Parcel Not Received:

  • If you receive a notification indicating that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, the carrier should inform you via letter, SMS, or email about its location.

Tracking Inactivity:

  • Tracking information may take a few days to become active, depending on the product type and delivery location. If shipped in multiple parcels, each will have its own tracking link.

Multiple Deliveries

Why Different Delivery Days?

  • Your order may arrive in separate batches due to:
    • Different dispatch times from our warehouse
    • Handling by multiple carriers
    • Different processing times

Delivery Details

Shipping Status:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your tracking portal, where you can check the status and the number of packages in your order.

Changing Delivery Address:

  • Your delivery address can be changed only by our customer service until your order is processed for shipment. Contact us at support@kabulgoods.com or (469) 688-9137 for assistance. If processed, we will explore alternative solutions.

Parcel Collection

Picking Up from Parcel Shop:

  • Only the person named on the parcel is authorized to collect it from the parcel shop.

Pallet Shipments

Large Item Deliveries:

  • If your order requires pallet shipping, you will be notified via a shipping confirmation email. The carrier will contact you within 2-9 working days to arrange a delivery date.

Delivery Attempts

If You're Not Home:

  • Carriers may handle missed deliveries in various ways:
    • Delivering to a neighbor
    • Leaving it in a safe location
    • Taking it to a parcel shop
    • Returning it to their depot for further instructions

You will typically be notified of the location via letter, SMS, or email.


Home Delivery Service

Delivery Method:

  • Home delivery is the only option available. The carrier may deliver to an alternative location if you’re not home, but this cannot be predetermined.

Tracking Your Order

Order Confirmation:

  • You will receive a tracking portal link in your order confirmation email to track your shipment status. For pallet shipments, the carrier will contact you to agree on a delivery date.
