I didn't receive my refund

We pay the entire purchase amount as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. We may, however, wait with reimbursement until we have received the products, or until the moment you have shown that you have sent it.
Once we start the refund process, you'll receive a confirmation email.
You'll receive your refund on the same account you used for the payment.

What can I do when my item has arrived damaged?

If your item is damaged, contact our customer service so we can help you with a solution.

Sending us detailed pictures of the damage as an attachment in the contact form request will help us find a solution for you faster.

Email us via our contact form which we'll reply to within 1 business day.

How do I place an order?

You can order from our webshop with an account or as a guest. Find your favourite product(s) and follow the steps below:

1. Add your product(s) to your shopping cart using the green “Add to cart” button.
2. Go to your cart, and click the green “Checkout” button.
3. Fill in your personal details and select your payment method.
4. Check your order.
5. Finalize your payment.

When you've paid, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
When your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation.

Where can I see my shipping status?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with a link to your tracking portal. The tracking portal states the current status of your shipment.

You can find out in how many packages your order is being delivered by going into My Account > Order History.
